Since age 10 Charlie Starr has been around live music as a musician, as a student of the technical side of live sound reinforcement, to his current position as Director of Operations/Production Division for Audio and Light. Whether its an outdoor festival with multiple bands, a classical ensemble, or a large concert in the Dean Dome...Charlie understands the complexities of each venue and always delivers for the artist, the client, and for Audio and Light.
